The M27C512-12F1 is a 512 Kbit EPROM offered in the two ranges UV (ultra violet erase) and OTP (one time programmable). It is ideally suited for applications where fast turn-around and pattern experimentation are important requirements and is organized as 65536 by 8 bits. For applications where the content is programmed only one time and erasure is not required, the M27C512-12F1 is offered in PDIP28, PLCC32 and TSOP28 (8 x 13.4 mm) packages. In addition to the standard versions, the packages are also available in Lead-free versions, in compliance with JEDEC Std J-STD-020B, the ST ECOPACK 7191395 Specification, and the RoHS(Restriction of Hazardous Substances) directive.
