Product Summary

The LH5080 is a Z80 CPU fabricated with CMOS silicon-gate process technology and is compatible with the conventional Z80 NMOS CPU. Due to the CMOS static structure, the LH5080 provides low power consumption and large operating margin. The power save mode can be obtained with a software control on the models suffixed with L.
