The HD6803P is an 8-bit micro processing unt. The device is object code compatible with the HD6800 with improved excution times of key instructions plus several new 16-bit and 8-bit instruction including an 8×8 unsigned to 65k bytes. The HD6803P is TTL compatible and required one +0.5Volt power supply. The HD6803P has 128 bytes of RAM, serial communications interface (SCI) and parallel I/O as well as a three function 16-bit timer.
